Her name is Kelli Filkins. What a stupid, greedy, heartless sack of manure. No one is going to buy a picture of a telephone. She wasn't the slightest bit contrite. I agree, she should have done some jail done. But at least $5,000 is a big enough zap to make scamming not worth her while. I expect the local police will or already have arrested her for some other offense.

These scammers only get busted one in many times. For arguement's sake, let's say they get caught 1 in 5 times. If all they have to do is pay back the victim without jailtime, they're still going to have made a profit on the other four and they're still going to be making a profit in the future. We need to get tough on crime.
