Still learning German, but I'll give it a try: "Ok, mein Arm schmerzt sich wegen dem Luftballon (der Luftballons) dass ich fliege, ja?" =Ok, my arm hurts because of the balloon(s) that I fly, yes? "Ach, Mensch, ist das traurig!" =Aww man, that is sad. It's hard to distinguish the words when I'm not fluent, so I'm not sure of her first sentence. I believe the second line is correct though. Perhaps native German speakers here could verify, because I'd really like to know for sure too.
