A translation wouldn't do this song justice, but the main idea is that he likes a woman "who wears pants", who doesn't need to hear all the time the things he feels for her, a woman who doesn't believe he's her property, a lady in public, but a real woman in intimacy. She has her own opinions,she's a strong woman, but still tender and feminin, not afraid to show a little leg every now and then. She's all the women he ever loved wrapped up in one package. He likes a woman who wears pants!! :)
