Mighty Orbots - The Wish World - Part 3

From http://well-of-souls.com/orbots/episodes.htm Episode 2 - The Wish World Umbra, after suffering yet another defeat at the hands of the Orbots against Kattron in the Emerald nebula, devises a plan to use Ohno's insecurity about being "only a robot" against them. His shape-shifting agent Plasmus lures Ohno to the Wish World, where (at her request) she is transformed into a human. Meanwhile, Umbra has opened a hyper-warp in the orbital path of the moon Doranis, a key United Planets defense location. Dia is sent to investigate, but the storms caused by the hyper-warp force her to crashland her cruiser on Doranis. Mighty Orbots is called in to help; unfortunately, Ohno in her human form can't provide the ignition key the Orbots need to successfully unite. They head back to the Emerald nebula in the hopes of using the nebula's energies (channeled through Bo and Bort) to return Ohno to her robot form; but they are waylaid by Plasmus, who has also absorbed the nebula's energy, and grown to a gigantic size. All the while, Doranis' orbit carries it (and Dia) ever deeper into the hyper-warp and oblivion...

I thought about how silly it was that the robots just accept that humans give them orders in the beginning, and was absolutely shocked when the show actually addressed the issue. It got big props from me from going there, this show is old but it actually had character development....shock!

Well I'm impressed on how TMS Entertainment produce this EPIC Super Robot Series for the Americans. Note: The series is inspired from GodMars.

This series reminds me somewhat of the DC Comics title The Metal Men, if I didn't know better.

The animation on this show is unbelievable! Especially considering when it was created. The nararator's a bit annoying, though...

They stopped showing it because no one was watching it. At least, very few of my friends were. Muppet Babies was showing at the same time on a different channel and it was much more popular.

Hey, Did you see the back ground music was from Yuji Ohno? I thought that was sweet, Ohno (little girl robot) was actually tearing up! Man, I hate Tonka for getting this cancelled.

Want to talk Ghetto! What about Jaga's Arch enemy and fmr friend. The one tooth Saber tooth guy who had spiked Mace. I think his name was Groon the Destroyer he looked acted Gangsta.
