The electoral college system itself is anacronistic, anti-democratic and must be dumped. People no longer need to ride horseback across the country to deliver votes. Now that modern technology has made it possible, We must simply count each citizens vote. Other countries who do have a democracy are astounded that a candidate may win the popular vote and lose the election here.
