if you work with the horse often and trust it enough then its safe to go under the neck... the coaches for beginners say that to set a good example..

Everyone Shut Up she knows what she is doing and the horse was oblivously saddle broke so it dosnt matter just leave her alone!!

going under the horses neck isnt bad. especially if you know the horse and trust it.
