FCC Investigates Comcast's Broadband Management

Hundreds gathered at Harvard's law school for an FCC hearing on net neutrality. At issue is whether all traffic on the internet should be treated equally. The FCC is investigating complaints that Comcast has interfered with certain types of web traffic, specifically peer to peer file-sharing.

It's Comcast's bandwidth to be limiting. Don't like it? Don't use Comcast. Sad but true.

FCC: They need more transparency. (he then turns around) We punished (ect) for degrading their services. So basically, the FCC isn't punishing the big guys because they keep their stuff private and as long as they do so, it looks like the FCC won't do anything.
