If your attempting to step away from the traffic stop WITHOUT a ticket, following the advice in this movie is suicide. This video is based on showing the police officer that he is, in fact, a police officer. He knows. If you follow each of his demands courteously, and dont "talk back," say things like "I dont know, thats why I asked" ect, then you have a high chance of leaving without a ticket. Police Officers are not here to infringe your rights. Respect them, and they'll respect you.

I feel bad for americans. Even in Canada we dont have thoses kinds of problem. When I was arrested with a joint in a public place, the police just told me to hide myself next time. HAHAHAHA GO CANADA GO !!!

You know what sucks about this whole thing is: It demonstrates the fact that we are enemies of the police on a certain level.

bart40330, a freakin bum on the streets could watch this video and know the difference. i was simply commenting on what i saw, that's all. so what if i do have training in criminal justice? what's that have to do with anything? you commented on the same video, how many years of law school do you have asswipe?

lol wrong. The cop can't jsut go in BEFORE asking you. They have to ask before entering the vechile. They would also need a search warrent if the owners of the cars said no to a search.

1. Be curtious, show the respect you expect the police to show you, police are often taken back when you treat them like a human being, the reason some get old and bitter is from the years of the public taking a dump on them, for ex. if you expect a cop to be a prick you will act negatively toward them, for all you know your mouthing off, calling an officer a pig who has just came out of the academy and its there first patrol, what msg does that send to the young officer?? there just humans..

I've denied cops entry to my place ;) Thing is though, they were at the wrong place, but were all agressive...so i've just gone, no you can't come in. lol, they wern't happy but meh
