i have a 1966 428 ford thunderbird that im restoring, its not turning over i dont no if its not gettin gas or a bad fuel filter or pump, but i just put in new spark plugs, i dont now if the fuel pump is sapposed to make a sound when u turn the key but i didnt here anything.
