Blueberry Mochi

This is a baked mochi. Ingredients: 1 lb. mochiko 1 cup butter, melted 2 cups sugar 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz can) 4 eggs 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. vanilla 1 can blueberry pie filling Stir sugar into melted butter. Add milk and mix well. Add eggs and mix. Stir in baking powder, mochiko and vanilla. Pour into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Fold in the blueberry pie filling, creating a marbelized look. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick tests clean.

i got clubhouse rice flour, and i believe they're the same thing?

i'm pretty sure it is just rice flour so yeah it should taste the same.

It uses mochi flour, which is a little more viscous than regular flour. If you made it, you would definitely know it was not a swirly cake.

but.. it has mochiko.. does that make is mochi? it's just one ingredient.....but thats okay! the dish still looks good =D
