so this is an interpretation of smart transportation...you have to admitt though: they must have had fun making this video on the segways....it IS pretty funny though. You know congress passed segways as an electronic personal assisting mobility device ( EPAMD), its basically a wheelchair...which means: YOU CANT GET A DUI! maybe drunk in public though...
