Sep. 6 - Mattel's three recalls of Chinese-made toys is a public relations nightmare, but its impact won't significantly harm the toymaker's holiday sales, according to experts. Toy and marketing experts said Mattel is doing the right thing by working to fix the problems with its suppliers in China, while beefing-up a public relations campaign in the United States.
