Shiny Raikou!

This is from Emerald 386, a hacked rom that has all Pokémon in the wild. I was training a Grimer in the Artisan Cave because I wanted to evolve it for Pokédex data. The Artisan Cave is the best place to train because you find wild legendaries: all three birds, dogs, and Regis. So using the old bait n' switch method with the Experience Share, you can gain experience pretty quickly. Then I encountered this guy. It's very funny that it happened, actually, since I was wondering how I would react if I found a shiny legendary, and then BAM. I decided to record it for all to see. The thing was a bitch to capture, but it eventually stayed in the Premier Ball (had to use it because it makes it even more special), and so I go check it out. It's stats are sub-par. Both Defense stats are great (although physical Defense is hurt by the Hasty nature), Attack doesn't really matter, HP is average, but Special Attack and speed really suck. And sadly, those are the two stats that matter the most to Raikous. Whatever, it's not like I'm going to use it competitively. Anyway, no being a moron and saying "you hacked it!" because I didn't, and no saying "It's a rom, so it doesn't count!", because I don't care. And also, sorry about the horrible sound quality in the second half. I think pausing the recording threw it off. And I realise "Shynkou" is a horrible name. I just wanted to give it a nickname, and couldn't think of anything better. If you are looking for the Emerald 386 rom, I'm afraid I cannot help you. I will no longer supply it to people. Apparently. I've never seen that though. Jish is what someone called me when I was about 10 (I'm 19 now) and the name stuck. I've been using it ever since.

What does that mean? In the normal game, Artisan Cave contains only Smeargle. In Emerald 386, it contains Smeargle and a wide assortment of legendaries.
