actually he grew up learning Cantonese and mandarin at the same time, so he can speak both but he mainly sings mandarin. and I almost forgot...GO JAY CHOU!

hes taiwanese. he was born in taiwan. he sings in mandarin and mandarin is one of the two main languages of taiwan. most people in taiwan speak mandarin. s.h.e. is also from taiwan but they speak and sing in mandarin.

wrong. his main language is mandarin. chinese is not a language. he also speaks fluent taiwanese because thats also a main language in taiwan.

no one can speak chinese its not a language. he speaks mandarin and taiwanese. and he speaks it fluently considering he was born in taiwan which both are taught. he just doesnt sing clearly its like his style its weird.

hes chinese. taiwan was a part of china before everyone that lives there is chinese. they are just called taiwanese now because they are independant. but you live in the US your american but your heritage is still whatever the hell your heritage is.
