I just wanted to say in all honesty what your doing here is great steve! giving this great information away for free and helping us sort through all the mis-information that is out there. Im working on losing bodyfat and maintaining/slightly gaining a bit of muscle and your videos are always great! thanks steve!

this was so amazingly helpful , I have been worried about maintaining ( getting ahead of myself here ) nice to know all i have to do is go for a jog everyday and its done.

Eat less (half of what you're eating maybe?), excercise at least 30 minutes every day - stop eatating/drinking candy/icecream/cheeseballs/sweet drinks etc. Eat lots of greens and fruit and drink a lot of water. I drink diet-tea, and it has helped me loose weight.
