I heard the "original" by Joe South in the 70's and even though this sounds different it's a good remake that complements the song and the music is even more enjoyable to listen to in this version. 10/12/08

i mile isn't very far though. unless his shoes are really uncomfortable or something, then it would be quite easy i guess. you could run a mile if he has trainers! would it be cross country or road run? does he carry a bag? i don't get it
