어청수 is just following orders, like a faithful dog. The thing is, most Korean public service sectors have become MB's faithful dogs. The law enforcement, the prosecutors, judges, news media, business, education, ..., all becoming MB's dogs. As long as MB has a strong backing from Bush by supporting US interests while sacrificing Korean national interests, he would be OK. Using water canons and other brutal force to quell down his oppositions would face no or little international blame.
