My best friend introduced me to the neti pot and i have to admit that at first i was skeptical but then i tried it and was AMAZED. I have really really REALLY bad sinuses, so much that i normally was not able to breath out of one nostril. this thing works fast and effectively. TRY IT

Can't really get stuck once you stand up and move around a bit.

I normally just turn my head to the other side and let it drain back out that nostril. However you should let if flow even if it's slow as it will help open that mostly blocked side. It just takes longer.

what happens of it doesnt come out and then you get an earache? sometimes when i use one nostril it doesnt work but the other nostril does. It usually ends with me coughing. can anyone help me? but i do agree that this is the most informative video ive seen yet. Thankyou

I generally use it a couple of times a week during the spring through fall and often every day during winder or when traveling.
