What does RBS mean? I can't find the definition anywhere. And how can I download this video for free?

I think RBS is the ribosome-binding site. This is the area of mRNA where the smaller ribosomal subunit(30S in prokaryotes) binds in order to start translation. After the RBS and the first place where a start codon appears (AUG) translation generally begins. AUG functions as a start codon ONLY when preceded by an RBS, otherwise it encodes for Methionine.
