Okay, if you are trying to leave a comment i am sorry but i have had to stop people from leaving any more comments on this video asking the same thing. Please read the video description because it will explain any problems you are having. yeah i can't find customize 1.1.3 in all packages also and did exactly what you said! please help!!!

i've been tapping and tapping and it's still not working.  i reset the iphone too and it's still not working... any advice?
