this is not how all african americans speak. some of us have standards and can speak properly. so yes this does happen to be racist in a sense that you cannot group a race by the actions of a few.

This isn't racist. First of all this was done back in the 70's and even white people talked like this. Second of all, the person that did this voice is the same person that does Elmo's and HE's black. So how is this racist? And yes I'm black too.
