Willis "come get some" album strikes very to close to home with cat power's style but then I think cat power's style is very reminiscent of beth orton, its a opinion and utterly subjective. The sound of beth orton and a passing look of nico.

Funny, I was just listening to Beth Orton. Yes, that's a good thing, but I think Cat Power has her own thing going on here. They may be similar but they are very different, if you know what I mean. Power lends a lot of strength to this song considering where she was coming from. Somebody said lay off the bottle, and she did. Despite her addiction during this song, however, she did a soulful job.
