Very well said Savvysubu!!! I really appreciate Varma Sir's voice modulation capacity. At the same time I am amazed at his sensitivity and proficiency in using the microphone to bring out the best... Wonderful Musician indeed!

I do not have any association from any school of thought on music. Just as an independent listener, I am very impressed with this musician. He sings what he wants to. He pays attention to lot of important details that many carnatic music lack today (lyrics, purity, going beyond technical correctness). Another rare one: He knows how to use the amplification appropriately. God bless this fantastic musician. God knows if chennai even pays attention to him.
