Gaza is often described as the world's largest prison. If so, then the world is witnessing one of the biggest ever breakouts. Tens of thousands of Palestinians have poured across the border into Egypt, after a series of explosions breached the steel wall which divides the two territories. Al Jazeera's Jacky Rowland is on one the Gaza side of the Rafah crossing.

Your profile says you're from Israel. If that's true, then go over to Lebanon or Eqypt, which is part of what has been called Palestine off and on for millenia, and buy yourself a nice hunk. Every neighboring land to Israel was referred to as the Palestinian Region, but so was modern day Israel. If you're referring to today's Palestine State, then you won't be buying there either, Israeli. You would know that if you WERE Israeli, or from anywhere in the region. You obviously aren't.

There is only one word that can help Palestine UNITY. You fight for your country not a civil war. Israel encourages internal fighting World opinion has stopped israel going further but it has time on its side Education health law and UNITY make a very strong country Til Palestine has a leader who can lead + a country that will unite and follow it will always be home of refugees Til men + women put their country first and comit to each other Strive forward and you have nation Not genocide

well my friend, thats a very ignorant point of view of a mass population of people. so God gave you brains and didnt give them anything? i dont think so.. ur not the God's chosen people. we all come from adam and eve.. our identity and regions we come from are traits of recognation of one another.. if u control someone like a prisoner then that prisoner can't even get out of its prison cell.. so dats wats happen with palestinian people.. stop ruining and hurting people lives .. stop the torture.

I acctually think that they do know how to fish for themselves, they just don't want to. They have other goals. Destroying Israel is more important to them than building a strong economy. God did give them brains, there tactics fighting Israel are very smart.

well ur naive, look at them they are living wit isreali soilders in their own land.. they are bullied out day after day.. u can't see dat because either ur ignorant and ur in deeep denial or u just dont care. avi87, when u have peace in a country u can have alot of progress. and when u have aid coming in like isreal is gettin from america u can develop your country. stop bullshiting , stop and look at the situation.

IDF soldiers uncovered missiles and anti-tank rocket launchers in a Gaza schoolyard in late Thursday (May 22). The anti-tank missile launcher and a stack of missiles were found at a school in Sajaiya, in northern Gaza, during routine counter-terrorism operations. Talk about using kids as human shields....
