I bought mine in a restaurant supply store (~$60cdn), it's a pizza stone, follow instructions closely. As I am watching this, I am waiting for the dough to double. This is similar to how I make it, I use honey instead of sugar, no baking soda.

i was thinking about a sugar substitute as well, how much honey did you use for this recipe Occitane53, and what about blue agave as a sugar substitute? also do you know any salt substitutes, anyone?

I used my jelly roll pan. Pre-heated it per recipe and the naan turned out perfectly the first time.
