Agreed. Housing prices need to fall by at least 30% (or more) to be in line with wages. All this "creative" (bullshit) financing artificially inflated the market.

i THINK THE FED IS IN CAHOOTS WITH THESE BIG BANKS THINK WHAT THE ULTIMATE PAY OFF FOR THOSE SECURITIES THAT THEY WILL BUY AT A DISCOUNT. THIS IS THE KIND OF PRACTICE MORGAN HIMSELF USED IN ORDER TO LEVERAGE NEW ACQUISITIONS. THATS WHY HE WILL ALWAYS BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCUMBAGS EVER.
