I'm sorry, but I'm just not a fan of Natalie Merchant. I mean she has a good voice and it's unique in its tonality, but she rarely 'takes chances' if that makes any sense. I think Ann Wilson and Stevie Nicks are miles ahead of her (for the person who posted that comparision).

I can listen to the opening vocals all day. To bad they didt write a song based on jst the beggingi of this song. He voice realy gets hilighted nicely. The thing i alwayse liked about her was the distinction in her voice. You could close your eyes and know exactly who it is. Try that with other musicians.

You have to click on the "WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY" thing on the on the right/lower area under the timer bar (or whatever it's called). Then the sound is much, much, much better.

Music's so different these days than the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. Doesn't seem to have meaning and seems they'll cut a record deal for anyone (talented or NOT), unfortunately...
