No... the piano player is Terry Burrus.. Him and Bernard both look like brothers almost but that is Terry. Long time keyboardist for Tom back in the day.

This should be the ultimate funky dance track but it's totally let down by all that annoying 'Betty Boo' jive talk. Incredibly, nobody has taken this groove anywhere near the level it deserves. Bob Baldwin's version is too smooth jazz.
