Yeah, I miss the old Texas Wrestling..... I miss the fans taking it really seriously, even though we all knew it was fake, we all liked WCCW, too bad it didnt last against the WWF.

I'm in Toronto too. I only ever remember being able to get WWF with a little WCW thrown in at 6 am on Saturday's or something like that. We had AWA and NWA??

In the '80s we got the ESPN AWA shows on TSN. This was the end of the road Team Challenge series stuff. We had NWA on and off but if you had a cable package with TBS superstation you got all the NWA and Clash shows. World class and AAA was on once in a blue moon on channel 4 multi cultural station which had (and still has) a large latino audience.

Yep..........3am in spanish with crazy Lucha highspots, and a crowd that looked tougher than the wrestlers. Classic.

Well, I mean, when you ask someone to name the quintessential Rush song, they will most likely say "Tom Sawyer"... Limelight is a great song, but when you go to their concerts, they always play "Tom Sawyer" to a huge pop.
