The West Indies rout Australia with a bowling attack that includes Joel Garner, Michael Holding, Courtney Walsh and Malcolm Marshall at the Gabba during the 1984/85 season. Australian leg spinner Bob Holland said after this match that he didnt think it was possible that anyone could bowl as fast as these bowlers did.

West Indies will bounce back. With Stamford the money is comin bak into the game in the Caribean. West Indians and Pakistanis are naturally built for fast bowling. Jerome Taylor is one of the most capable in the world as well and even Edwards can bowl over 150km/h. Its just man management issues and internal politics that is ruining there game

this the match were kim hughe resigned and cried at a press conference. its a shame about the west indies these day. but its there own fault for prepparing for the future

ppl wonder why windies dont produce tall, fast quickies..the answer is they do, but they travel over to the USA for the big bucks in basketball where hight gives more advantage and money...windies cricket shuda done more too keep them. theyr paying the price now

What a tragedy to see the Widnies teams now. Guess India've dished out the defeats to the Widies now. Tho' to be honest even Zimbabwe could.

I guess you don't really follow cricket all that much. West indies just draws test sereies and won ODI series against sri lanka. And also playing fair cricket against aussies.

Curtly Ambrose once took 7 wickets for 1 run against Australia at Perth WACA. After the game Aus captain said they felt like they were the away side.

It was an all star bowling lineup. What a shame these days most teams dont have more than one decent fast bowler at anytime on the pitch.
