I am a liberal and I don't despise the military. What's "conservative" about the last 8 yrs of neocons spending billions on a fake war and sending our troops to die and tens if thousands more to be seriously wounded? That looks a lot more like "despising our military," if you ask me. It's ironic that the only time conservatives don't have a problem being liberal is when it comes to blowing our national budget and wasting our military resources. It's illogical and hypocritical.
