i first got into the older post rock of gsy!be and mogwai, discovered hope of the states, now i have 2 say 65 days of static and explosions in the sky really do take the whole thing up another level. Could anyone recommed any other decent post rock stuff apart from red sparrow didnt massiveky like them.

russian circles is another, though they're halfway between explosions and sparowes. 65dos is really in a league all unto themselves, but for bands like explosions, there's El Ten Eleven, and If These Trees Could Talk. ITTCT is my favorite of those three, even more than Explosions.

God is an astronaut (they have developed quite a bit between their albums) and definitelly. And they have really nic albeit sad videos.
And definitely japanese Mono. And Yndi Halda. And This will destroy you. And Moving Mountains. And and and.. choose your own taste.

I'm quite partial to Caspian, they put the ROCK in post-rock. But honestly, I'm borderline stalker-obsessive with 65dos now so everything else stands a rung lower at the moment.
iLiKE iLiKETRAiNS, but I'm not really sure you could consider them Post-Rock. Mono and GIAA definitely both worth checking out as well.

Oh nevermind, figured out what it was. It's a flub in the fadeover from 'Fix The Sky A little'.
