We indeed are no longer under the law, but that doesn't mean we may live just like the devil, and sin all we want. U really should read Romans 6, it supports my statements. Prosperity Gospel is teaching AGAINST Christ on this. Also: "..anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me."-Jesus Christ(Mat 10:38) "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."-Jesus Christ(Mat 7:22)

really? you think it's about going broke on purpose? the whole point of what John Piper was saying is when prosperity becomes the main point of the gospel, it no longer is the gospel. It's not saying be poor on purpose.

Ringo... Thank you for typing your comments. You are battling dead religion and I admire you for it. A ministry that attacks other ministry is frankly ridiculous. Also, I am over people that believe God can only operate in their limited and mortal scope of thinking. It is the Pharisees all over again and they do use the net in force!

I did not hear any where in the video John piper say Funding worldwide missions with Godly money is bad. I herd him talk about how wrong it is to tell a poor man if he comes to God then he will make him rich. Or To tell a man with no car if he comes to God he wil get A BMW i don't know what you herd sgillionarie butt maybe you need to see the video again. so you can stop putting words on peoples lips

He clearly asserts that God is the giver of gifts but what he means is that they teach that if you come to Jesus you will be propserous with material which is false. I think God will give different blessings in different ways to different ppl but that shouldnt be the focus
