This is disgusting that some stupid paps with cameras want to just stand there and exploit the legend that is Michael Stipe. The paps are showing themselves to be worthless pieces of shit here, and quite right, because that's exactly the opposite of what Michael Stipe is.

i dont feel sorry for him & dont think he wants us to either,hes famous & out in public so he knows people will want to take pics-i actually think people were v well behaved, no-one was intrusive,they asked for pic & then left & hes v gracious in way he talks & behaves-i am v impressed by way he acts & also by fact that hes happy to be out in public & not hidden away with a flunky doing everything for him i have 2 questions: 1) whats orso? 2) whaton earth is he doing in a horrible pt cruiser?

felt very sorry for michael in this clip. i think it went a tad too far..........having said that if i saw michael stipe on the street i have a feeling i would gawp in awe. saw them in manchester and smiled uncontrollably through the entire concert lol
