stupid guy question: is brow powder suppose to stick to the brow HAIR or is it suppose to stick to the skin UNDER the hair? thanks, btw ur pretty. =)

Thanks. brow powder can stick to the brow hair if applied lightly and over the existing brow, which gives a more natural effect as opposed to a pencil which is applied to the skin underneath the brows. Using a brow gel also helps adhere and keep the brow powder to your brows :) i hope that helps answer your question!
