They've been working with Big Bang ever since the boys debut, I'm also a fan of the dancers, I actually think it's cool to have them in the MV, I was surprise when I saw JiHye, the one in red staring at YB, she's one of my fave dancers from 'CRAZY' so I when I saw that i got all excited keke. no he is not debuting. acording to what i read in big bang fansite; he and the other members are going to go to US to study more about music and practice their english as well. GD is gonna have a solo album for next year and so he is going to US to work with people there but he is NOT debuting as a solo artist in America.
