Actual cockpit transmission from the D-9 bulldozer driver to the watch tower, saying he "hit an object" and "I think the object got hit by the dobby (D-9) and he is in a severe condition." He is asked "Did you see him?" and responds "Yes I saw him, I think he is dead." I don't speak hebrew or arabic and I changed the words from hes to shes and hims to hers and object to someone per the comment below but it STILL SOUNDS VERY EVIL.

It's a very deliberate mistranslation, he said "mishehu" which in Hebrew means "somebody", not "Hefetz" which in Hebrew means object. The only possible explanation for translating it as "object" is to make the driver seem callous as "Jgarbuz" states. And, yes, he said "mishehu" not "mishehi", which means "someone male" in Hebrew. The audio clip is from after the fact when he did the responsible thing, reported the accident. A deliberate murderer does not stop and report.

Apparently he was blind. "Reporting" must have caused a good laugh back at the IDF office. The 'reporting" was to make sure it was a Kosher killing. Of course nothing happened to the murderer.
