Yeah ummm, I'd rather have a 'dork' singer that has actual talent for the arts rather than a 'hot' talentless manufactured star... after the 90s, everything went downhill... music is dead.

Yeah and Brian probably appreciates it when people can relate to him. You could write a song about him being a great genius but I think that would be pretty typical.

I don't think it is disrespectful at all.Brian Wilson struggled a great deal with mental illness and it is a part of his story . I don't think the author of the song was trying to disrespect him at all.. The irony is that Dr Landi saved his life but then controlled it .
