Acording to Google language tool this song is called Incarnated by Atsushi Sakurai... so it must be his solo work. It's breathtaking... I'm going to have to get his solo album someday just for this song and Sacrifice. I'm going to have to find out who aranged it, because the music it's self is spectacular *__*

Woot! Sorry for the spamming... The song is Tensei and it is aranged by Cube Juice. It is from Atsushi Sakurai's single "Wakusei ~Rebirth~". The lyric translations can be found in the Buck-Tick Live Journal com's memories section or in SparklingAi's LJ.
