What do we expect? A large number of people in this administration served for Nixon. Nixon should have been imprisoned, perhaps then this President would more carefully protect the constitution. Why is immunity needed? I will submit because this goes much deeper and is much more sinister than we suppose.

Bush and Co. is trying to ensure that they cannot be tried for crimes, so they have to create laws that retroactively apply to their past and current behavior, which is criminal.

Wow, I can't believe CNN would show that much truth on one program. Andrew Sullivan and AC are right. People don't want to see the truth. They switch to Fox News because they don't want to hear that their country is now a military dictatorship. I wish Mr. Arar the best of luck in pursuing his lawsuit against the US government. If he succeeds in holding any of the Bush administration accountable for their actions, it will be a first.
