I agree about the cheesy :-) It's not a negative remark - it's a very entertaining show and I'm watching it again after years with pleasure, but I laugh at the plots and situations, they're quite lame.

Yeah, I didn't mean it negatively either, I used to enjoy the show as a kid. I just remember one episode's climax had Jon fighting a seemingly indestructible heavy, whilst Mrs H bashed him over the head with these plaster Buddhas. The story had one of these Buddhas as being solid gold, covered in plaster. Just as Jon is losing the fight, Stef hits the heavy and with a loud clang, he falls unconscious. Yes, she found the solid gold one! How she lifted it above her head, I don't know.

lol this show is legendary! i was just a kid when it came down to the brazilians, but my mother remembered the couple and freeway. i wish the nowadays shows had the same quality. saudaçoes do brasil
