I don't "do" tacky. My house is decorated with kid's toys, coats, homeschool supplies, and light deprived plants (please come soon, spring). The closest thing I can get to tacky is this little birdhouse that someone gave me. I seem to be the only one that doesn't like it much. Everyone else I show it too thinks it's the cutest thing. So I have it on the one spot on a windowsill that doesn't contain plants
