SeatBelts
BackWANT THIS FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION? See more info! Contact me at KeithMann300 at firefighternation dot com. Dark slides and song in my humble attempt to make you "BUCKLE UP". It shows Fire/EMS/Police vehicles accidents with no finger pointing. Just photos hoping to influence your choice. While I have NO affiliation with "FireFighterCloseCalls" or "EMSCloseCalls", there is no better website concerned with Emergency Responders. Visit them soon and often. May I also recommend drivetosurvive.org for info.

awesone presentation and the song choice was perfect. not sure if wearing your seat belt was a good title though. perhaps stick with red means stop, or give way to emergency vehicles.

The Song is D.O.A from a band called Bloodrock.
It was released in 1971 and was banned from Top 40 radio because of the morbidity of the lyric, save for the time of the song.

I saw them and the song came out late 1970 because it was 36 on ther charts in Jan. 1971. It wasn't banned as I remember it on WSAN, when they were an uderground station here in Allentown PA.

I was involved in a accident in my ambulance this past summer and thank god I was wearing my seatbelt. I had some neck and back strains would have been a lot worse if i didnt have it on. I most likely would have been in the windsheild or ejected. All firefighter EMT Paramedics and Police Officer need to remember to buckel up they are not invinsable in an accident.
