It would not surprise me if that bear had been shot at before, or even had been shot, and injuried. But I have no intentions of walking up to her and asking her if she had been shot. I would not be surprised if she had been before.

Regardless wheter the bear was 8ft or not, she was about .8 sec to placing tooth and claw and some bowhunters.

I love reading all the comments. Its so amusing that all of the anti-hunters/gun owners struggle to spell and form coherant sentences. While us who are for the lifestyle, and it is a lifestyle, are very articulate and seem to be very knowlegable when it comes to the debate process. I wonder why that is. I wonder how these people would handle themselves in any survival situation, not just hunting related.

I would like to see a Grizzly Mother and Cubs, I wouldn't mind it being in the woods, as long as niether will see me.

I would say the bear was closer to 8 feet away than you think, after the shot and the bear comes back into frame look how close it is to the bow of the boat! I think the video just doesn't capture how close it really was.

um no need for the negativity towards hunters because hunting for food has been around for many years and many to come, and if u think this is cruel u should see what they do to the supper you gobble down every night!!
