YEs - your muscles will atrophy some but once you heal (muscle memory) will enable you to build your butt back up quickly -DONT WORRY

Great vid. I'm a female with a nice size and shaped butt, but after 3 kids, it's starting to go south. So, I wanted to know what are the signs that will let me know when I need to increase the weight?

what if im trying to flatten my stomach as well?
i know doing cardio everyday will tone me and not help towards building a bigger butt.
so if i do this excerise 2-3 times a week how many times do i do cardio?

NO - but make sure you come down as far as you can without your heels leaving the floor
