It's from Tin Drum, I'm almost certain, remember him sitting eating rice with chopsticks with a portrait of Chairman Mao above his head? Please...dying to see him performing with that look. Gorgeous!

Have always adored Sylvian's elegance and poise, gorgeous arrangements, lovely voice, lovely and soooo refined. Can anyone out there argue the point? Dying to see hime with his Warhol hair on the cover of? Forget offhand... Does anyone have a video from that period of his career? Would love to see...As far as Karn goes everyone else copped HIS sound.AND YOU KNOW IT. I'm with you Wonkeaux.

How can Japan be "Retro" when their third album, "Quiet Life" came out in 1979? Their fourth album, "Gentlemen Take Polaroids" came out in 1980. Their fifth, and last album, "Tin Drum" came out in 1981. Yeah! 1981. The same year Duran Duran's FIRST album came out. Talk about retro!
