i have stopped Alprazolam/Xanax abruptly in the past but never experienced these symptoms....albeit, i was only taking about 2 mg per day max!! how much do you have to take or how long to experience these symptoms - yikes!! he should've titrated the dose first - this is surreal.....

The benzodiazipines. I want my doctor to ween me off of them so I don't have to worry about becoming COMPLETELY dependent on them for my feelings of un-reality and panic attacks.

hi did you have tremors like this too? how did you stop them? my husband is having them now and we dont know what to do. drs are having a hard time figuring it out. how long do they last?
