Microsoft has gone crazy the last 8 years, now they want to make a mouseless desktop computer. The problem with that is back in the 1980's computer companies already tried that and it didn't work because peoples arms and hands got tired reaching up to touch the screen (of course back in the 80's they needed a special pen), but the premise is the same today. As much as we use the mouse we would get tired of reaching up constantly, it would were out the screen faster, and buttons are too small.

The idea is to have them built into desks so you can lean over them and use them, more so used in shops for conventional use like credit cards, or checking certain other things. It isn't being made to be used in every household.
