not even steriods bro, if your suppose to grow then u grow, i cant believe anyone would even say that u can stun your growth from working out, people are so fucking retarded working out before you hit puberty will fuck your body up b/c you dont have the steroids in witch your body will produce like testosterone to help you develop youself, and if anything running makes your mass smaller, the more you run the more muscle mass token away, short burst runs build muscle, long distance doesnt.

It actually does stunt your growth to work out. If you want to grow, drink milk and run. I do it and I grew 5 inches in one summer. I am not lying.
