Hey dipshit, for your information Dara Torres has tested FIFTEEN times recently and FIFTEEN times the results have been clean and she is on the Olympic team yet again. Can't handle that? She's gorgeous, she's doing things and she makes people proud. What do you do besides posting stupid shit about what you know nothing about? Between you and her, she is amazing. You, on the other hand, are meaningless, nothing.

it`s a shame that if an athelete comes along with something special, steroids are suspected by some. I dont this woman but if you want to know check the times,if her lap times rise in tiny incrementes over a period of two years good & fine, but if there`s a massive jump in times, well thats suss.

People also don't understand the importance of quality training. She cut back to only 5 days a week and the amount of total hours in the pool. Taking time away from competitive swimming rested her body. Look at how great Marcus Allen was because he sat the bench a few years. Her strength training has changed. And, having personally gone through resistance stretching, it unwinds the body, stretches out the muscles and helpls release scar tissue which can inhibit performance.

It's incredible how ignorant people are about training and the body. How many of you naysayers actually train, not work out? How many of you understand that women become physically stronger AFTER giving birth? How many of you understand that pools are actually made faster? How many of you understand the speed increases of wetsuits? How many of you know she goes above and beyond normal drug testing. Urine samples can be beat. Blood samples cannot. And she passes every single one.

I agree I have been a fitness trainer most f my life and I feel things can improve with age if you haven't abused your body too much along the way. And I agree about the resting and the comeback and the resistant stretches they are key in training.bulk can decrease performance.

Believe me I hope she isn't. I just don't want swimming to suffer the same fate as baseball and track & field.
